General Questions

I just signed up for The Churro Club! What exactly will be in the box? 

Every month you will receive four 2 oz. skeins of our Medium Weight Churro Yarn, hand-dyed in four different specialty colorways!

When will I receive my first box?

Sign up for the Churro Club by the 1st of the month and on the 10th of the month a box full of our beautiful, hand-dyed Medium Weight Churro will be sent your way!!

If you sign up after the 1st of the month, your 1st box will be sent on the 10th of the following month.

Every following month, on the 10th, another box with new colors will shipped to you.

I live outside the United States, can I sign up for The Churro Club?  

Not yet, but we are working on it!

I want to give a subscription to The Churro Club as a gift. How do I do this?

We know this would make an awesome gift! So, we are working on this. You will be able to give a subscription of 3, 6 or 12 months! Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter to get updates on this.

 

PRICE & CHARGES

How much does it cost?

$35/month (plus tax if you are in New Mexico). Shipping is included in The Churro Club pricing.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged monthly on the same day you signed up. For example, the 1st of the month, the 12th of the month, the 24th of the month and so on.

 

SHIPPING

Do I have to pay separate shipping for The Churro Club Box every month? 

No. Shipping is included in The Churro Club pricing.

How will my Churro Club box be shipped? 

Boxes will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy on The Churro Club subscription?

There are no returns on the The Churro Club monthly subscription. If you received a damaged item or package please email weaving@weavingsouthwest.com for further assistance.  

 

TERMS OF USE

Monthly Subscriptions:

By subscribing to our monthly subscription, you authorize us to charge your credit card an initial payment at the time of signing up, and a monthly recurring payment which will take place on the next billing day of your billing cycle. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH MONTH. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal link provided when you subscribed, by contacting us, weaving@weavingsouthwest.com or 575-758-0433. You are responsible for any recurring charges that take place prior to cancellation.

Cancelation:

As stated above, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal, by contacting us, weaving@weavingsouthwest.com or 575-758-0433. Cancellations made after your payment was processed will take effect on the next renewal day. Canceling a subscription does not automatically give you a refund as canceling subscriptions only cancel future renewals and shipments. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date will not be refunded. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us weaving@weavingsouthwest.com or 575-758-0433.
